Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation: Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched—whichever is earlier. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

2. Cancellation Process: To initiate a cancellation, please email us at support@saumasale.in with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our support team will verify the order status and confirm eligibility.

3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

Orders cancelled before shipment
Products received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos)
Packages lost in transit (confirmed by shipping partner)

4. Refund Process: Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer once customer account details are verified.

5. Return Conditions: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or usage are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items: Products marked as "Final Sale", "Clearance", or customized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error (such as wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
