Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timeline: All orders placed on Saumasale.in are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability. Typically, you can expect your order to be delivered within 4–9 business days from the date of dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small additional charge may apply, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

3. Order Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your package in real time through the respective courier partner’s tracking page.

4. Delivery Partners: We work with reputed logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

5. Undelivered Orders: If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or unavailability at the delivery location, it will be returned to us. Our support team will contact you for confirmation before re-dispatching. Re-delivery charges may apply.

6. International Shipping: At present, we do not ship outside India. We are working towards enabling international deliveries in the near future. Stay tuned for updates.

7. Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, regional disruptions, or courier delays may occasionally affect timelines. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
