Zatpat means instant. SAU ZATPAT COOKING MASALA is a wet paste of dry coconut, onion, ginger, garlic and garam masala.

You can use it to prepare many veg and non veg recipes with less efforts. Use approx. 25gm zatpat cooking masala to prepare any dish for 3 to 4 peoples. Very easy to use, just put it in hot oil cook for 2 to 3 minutes add red chili, salt, turmeric as per your taste and then your vegetables. For non veg you have to follow the same process just need to add little more masala.

It is very useful when you have very less time to prepare masale to add in your recipe.
